DXM251 – DB251D – Glass Beveler Bevelling Machine

The DXM251 is an easy to use 8-spindle straight-line beveling machine designed for glass beveling and bottom edging. Control parameters for glass thickness, bevel angle, and bevel width are entered via simple Digital controls. The DXM251 can bevel glass pieces measuring 5”X5” and can create a bevel up to 1 7/8” (45mm). The machine comes equipped with one bottom rounding wheel. The conveyor speed is controlled by a motor-variator transmission. The machine comes equipped with its full set of wheels, water and cerium tanks, hoses, racks, and spare electrical components. Power: AC 220V±10% 3ph 60HZ±2% Air relative humidity :< 90%

DXM261 – DW351 – Wave & Straight line glass beveling machine

The DW351 is designed for artistic and imaginative glass expressions in a production format. The DW351 wave & straight-line glass-beveling machine has advanced automated technology that synchronizes the upward & downward movement of the spindle bench allowing it to produce a beautiful wave bevel design on the edge of the glass. Straight line beveling is also accomplished by the DW351. Rough and fine beveling and bottom edging are completed on a single pass of the glass sheet. The machine is operated by PLC. Processing parameters, such as wave shape, glass thickness, remaining thickness, bevel width, bevel angle, etc. are selected through a user-friendly computer interface. 2- optional arm extensions measuring 1m (40”) long each are available and recommended when running extra large pieces. The DW351 comes with a one-year parts warranty.

DXM371 – DB 371D – Glass Straight Line Beveller

With 11 spindles, the DB371D is an extremely smooth and fast beveling machine. As with all Deway machines, the DB371D is very easy to operate and control, with a toggle of a switch you can change the glass thickness, desired bevel angle and bevel width with each parameters indicated in easy to read digital displays including one that totals the linear meters processed to help you manage your costs. The wheels have a direct drive configuration and their layout consists of 3 diamonds, 3 resins, 1 rubber, 3 felts, and 1 profiling wheel for bottom edging. Individual ammeters allow you to precisely set and control each one of the spindles at any given time. The running speed of the machine is easily adjustable at the motorvariator. The machine comes complete with all its wheels, water and cerium tanks,pumps, tools, and manuals. A special DB371-P is also offered with a touch screen computer to control all operating parameter. The computer will save frequently used settings and automatically reset the machine to previously used parameters allowing you to 2 2- optional arm extensions measuring 1m (40”) long each are available and recommended when running extra large pieces. The DB371D comes with a one-year parts warranty.

DS1- Shape Edger Glass Polisher Beveler

The DS1 shape edging and beveling machine is a must in every shop. Whether you are edging/beveling complicated shapes, circles, ovals or matching a bevel on your arched pieces, the DS1 is your simple low cost solution. The DS1 is equipped with a bi-direction rotating table, dual speed spindle head, and 2 cup adapters for small pieces down to 4” in diameter. The machine comes complete with its vacuum, water pumps and control panel. The DS1 can bevel, edge grind and polish – Pencil, OG, Flat etc. Round and oval pieces can be beveled or polished with very little intervention from the operator. An arm-locking device enables you to produce precise diameter sizes while the DS1’s dual-speed spindle head is ideal for switching between grinding and polishing operations. The vacuum cups, located on the rotation table, are independently controlled and an air pressure regulator enables the operator to adjust the amount of force exerted by the assisting pneumatic piston during polishing operations. Table rotation is bi-directional and its speed is controlled via a motorvariator. The table can be also be set to “move freely”. A special adapter for small pieces can be used with any of the 3 different cup sizes provided and can also be set at any rotation speed. The machine comes COMPLETE, with all 4 wheels needed for beveling (1 diamond, 1 resin, 1 polishing and 1 felt), 1 set of diamond wheels for 12mm glass pencil and 2 polishing wheels. The DYM1 also includes a vacuum pump, air compressor, water pump, tools, electric cabinet, and all different hoses and electric wires needed for operation.
