DZM10 – 10 Spindle Glass Flat Polisher

The DZM10 utilizes 6 spindles for bottom edging and 4 spindles for front and back 45° arris work. The final glass edge results in a brilliant shine. Each wheel uses two coolant nozzles. A 100 liter/min pump sends abundant coolant to the wheels from the 95-gallon capacity tank. The standard height of the DZM10 rack is 8ft with entry and exit arms measuring 78-inches. Optional 11ft racks and 99-inch entry and exit arms are also available.

DZM9 – 9 Spindle Flat Edger

The 9-spindle DZM9 is a robust glass edger designed for high quality polishing. The machine operates 2 diamonds (1 coarse &1 fine), 1 resin, 1 Pre polishing wheel, 1 high polishing cerium wheel, 2 resin and 2 rubber polishing wheel combinations on the front and back for the 45° aris work. The DZM9 is simple to operate and maintain. Production speed is controlled via a motor variator. Glass thickness is selected through a toggle switch linked to a servomotor and a digital display; the aris wheels automatically adjust with each thickness selected. The entry arm is equipped with a precise and easy to use gear reduction box that enables the operator to lower or raise the input height of the arm. This is especially beneficial when controlling the desired amount of glass removal without having to adjust each spindle individually. Double Edger

We offer a series of glass double edging machines for flat and/or pencil finishes. Double edging machines process glass horizontally while polishing opposing edges concurrently. These machines are ideal for high volume production where parallel sides are a must. Machine configurations vary from small to large. Our EEE models, for example, can polish glass as small as 40mmX40mm while our larger double-edgers can polish glass that is up to 4.5m (177”) per dimension. Depending on your polish requirements, our machines come fitted with 8-spindle motors (4 per side) to upwards or 24-spindles (12-per side). Double glass edgers may work in sequence with a second double-edger or as standalone unit. When working in sequence, a glass turntable is fitted between the double-edger machines to turn the glass so that all 4-sides of the glass piece are polished in a single pass of the line. Our machines come with optional scanning software to automatically adjust the line. The software can scan bar codes or QR codes. A top-of-the-line Schneider 10.7” bright color superior touch interface allows the operator to control speed, glass thickness and more.

DS1- Shape Edger Glass Polisher Beveler

The DS1 shape edging and beveling machine is a must in every shop. Whether you are edging/beveling complicated shapes, circles, ovals or matching a bevel on your arched pieces, the DS1 is your simple low cost solution. The DS1 is equipped with a bi-direction rotating table, dual speed spindle head, and 2 cup adapters for small pieces down to 4” in diameter. The machine comes complete with its vacuum, water pumps and control panel. The DS1 can bevel, edge grind and polish – Pencil, OG, Flat etc. Round and oval pieces can be beveled or polished with very little intervention from the operator. An arm-locking device enables you to produce precise diameter sizes while the DS1’s dual-speed spindle head is ideal for switching between grinding and polishing operations. The vacuum cups, located on the rotation table, are independently controlled and an air pressure regulator enables the operator to adjust the amount of force exerted by the assisting pneumatic piston during polishing operations. Table rotation is bi-directional and its speed is controlled via a motorvariator. The table can be also be set to “move freely”. A special adapter for small pieces can be used with any of the 3 different cup sizes provided and can also be set at any rotation speed. The machine comes COMPLETE, with all 4 wheels needed for beveling (1 diamond, 1 resin, 1 polishing and 1 felt), 1 set of diamond wheels for 12mm glass pencil and 2 polishing wheels. The DYM1 also includes a vacuum pump, air compressor, water pump, tools, electric cabinet, and all different hoses and electric wires needed for operation.
